Peryodiko Publishing first produced the Canada edition of the
Los Angeles-based Ang Peryodiko in May 2003. While maintaining
the same editorial policies, style and look of its U.S. counterpart,
Ang Peryodiko (Winnipeg) strives to create its own identity, and
generate its distinct readership among the Filipino community
in Manitoba, Saskatoon, Vancouver and Toronto. |

to be informed and educated about issues and events affecting
not only their homeland, but also their local their local community
in their adopted country. It is a newspaper that meets their need
to be entertained and overcome the feeling of loneliness that
