Digital Brand Architects Acquires Creator Management Firm V1sion Ventures

Digital Brand Architects (DBA) has acquired creator management firm V1sion Ventures, expanding its roster of digital talent and strengthening its position in the growing creator economy. The acquisition brings V1sion Ventures’ management team and roster of online creators into DBA’s broader talent management operation.

Digital Brand Architects Expands Creator Management Business

V1sion Ventures represents a range of digital creators, including Keith Lee, Leigh Soriano, Joy Burnett, Chelsea Jordan, Rachel Wilson, Beyonce Janvier, Micah Hescott and Zack Baun.

As part of the acquisition, V1sion Ventures founder and CEO Alina Benun will join DBA. She will work alongside senior talent managers Veronica Avalos and Jake Benun, talent manager Caroline Tollar, and team members Arianna Robles and Tatum Crampton.

The combination brings V1sion Ventures’ creator-focused management strategy into a larger organization that has been active in the digital talent sector since its early development.

DBA Sees Creators as Long-Term Entrepreneurs

DBA chief executive Raina Penchansky said the two companies share a similar approach to helping digital creators develop businesses beyond their social media audiences.

“From the beginning, DBA has believed that creators are entrepreneurs who deserve partners that can help them build enduring businesses,” said DBA chief executive Raina Penchansky. “Over the past several months, we’ve had the opportunity to get to know Alina and her team, and it became clear that we share the same vision for creator success. Alina and the V1sion Ventures team have built an impressive company rooted in those values. Their thoughtful, high-touch approach to management and proven ability to help creators scale their businesses make them a natural fit for DBA. We’re thrilled to welcome them to our team and look forward to creating even more opportunities for the incredible talent they represent,” Penchansky said.

Penchansky has been active in creator management since the early stages of the modern influencer economy, with her involvement in the sector stretching back to 2010.

V1sion Ventures Focused on Businesses Beyond Social Media

Benun founded V1sion Ventures to advance creators’ careers and help them turn their online audiences into broader commercial opportunities.

The firm has focused particularly on helping creators use their platforms to develop products and businesses that can operate beyond individual social networks. The strategy reflects a wider shift in the creator economy, where successful online personalities increasingly seek diversified revenue streams and longer-term business opportunities.

“Our team has spent years helping exceptional talent grow meaningful businesses, and being part of DBA allows us to scale that growth within the industry’s most respected creator management company. We’re excited to bring our roster, relationships, and strategic approach into a larger ecosystem where we can create even greater opportunities for the creators we represent,” Benun said.

Acquisition Targets Sustainable Creator Growth

V1sion Ventures has emphasized sustainable business development as a central part of its management strategy, with the aim of helping creators build financial opportunities that extend beyond individual social media platforms.

“Since launching V1sion Ventures, we’ve focused on helping creators turn their platforms into sustainable businesses that provide long-term financial freedom. DBA was the perfect fit because we share the same creator-first values and a commitment to building strategic growth opportunities that transcend social media. Together, we’ll be able to deliver even greater impact for our talent.”

For Canadian businesses and marketing professionals following the global creator economy, the acquisition reflects the continuing professionalization of digital talent management. Creators are increasingly developing brands, products and businesses outside traditional social platforms, prompting management firms to broaden their services around long-term commercial growth.

The addition of V1sion Ventures gives DBA an expanded talent roster and management team while maintaining a shared focus on helping creators transform digital audiences into sustainable businesses.
