Caleb Williams, Jaden Daniels, Drake Maye to enter NFL draft

Three quarters — Caleb Williams, Jayden Daniels And Drake Maye — Detroit was among 13 players who accepted invitations to attend the NFL draft, the league announced Thursday.

USC's Williams, the 2022 Heisman Trophy winner, is the Chicago Bears' projected No. 1 pick when the draft begins in three days, April 25 (8 p.m. ET, ESPN/ABC).

LSU's Daniels, who won the Heisman last season, and North Carolina's Maye are the No. 1 picks held by the Washington Commanders and New England Patriots, respectively. 2 and 3 are expected to follow directly.
