Amazon Prime Day 2023 will be held on July 11 and 12

It’s that time of year again. Amazon He announced once again Its annual sales event for Prime members. Amazon Prime Day officially begins on Tuesday, July 11 at 3AM ET / 12AM PT and runs through Wednesday, July 12.

If you can’t wait until the Black Friday/Cyber Monday holiday shopping season, Prime Day offers some of the best deals you can get on a wide variety of items. It’s assumed that Amazon won’t surprise us again with another “Prime Early Access Sale” (aka, Prime Day 2.0) like it did last fall.

We don’t know everything that’s on sale yet, but based on past trends, one thing is certain: the best discounts are available on Amazon devices. Historically, we’ve seen everything from Amazon’s smart displays to streaming devices drop to their lowest prices to date. That includes products from Amazon-owned companies like Ring and Blink, so everything from the latest Echo Dot and Kindle to the Ring video doorbell 2 is fair game.

Just like last year, early deals officially begin weeks before the actual event, with Echo speakers, Aero Mesh Wi-Fi routers, and other Alexa-enabled devices getting up to 55 percent off starting this week. Amazon says it will offer discounts on select services during the 48-hour event — including discounts on Prime Video and Amazon Music Unlimited — as well as invitation-only deals, allowing Prime members to sign up early for deals expected to sell out.

The two-day sale isn’t just about Amazon devices and services. The event offers one of the best opportunities of the year to save on other types of electronics, including robotic vacuums, wireless earbuds, laptops, charging accessories and 4K TVs. Amazon says select products from Bose, Theragun and other well-established brands will be on sale for “the lowest prices ever this year.” Outside of that, there are plenty of deals on tabletop games, homewares, toys, beauty products and everything under the sun.
